Each project brief is unique, so there is no one-size fits all in our approach. What we do at first is to understand the scope of the project and then create a commitment plan based on this scope.

This gives us enough time to work on our model of interaction, ideation, feedback and result tracking.

We could either do your project as a one-off project with an agreed customer support period or agree to a rolling contract.

No, there are never any hidden costs with AOK Digital. We cover all of our work in the project brief. However, there are separate costs you’ll need to cover.

These are referred to as biddable media spend, and they include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, which are all listed separately in the project brief.

We’ll provide you with a dedicated team member who will be your account manager and be your main, day-to-day contact. Some projects will also require other members of our client strategy team to work with you, and other specialists to provide insights on the project.

Be rest assured that all our experts are AOK Digital employees, and we are open and transparent with our work, so you know who is working on what, and the status of the brief at every given time.

We have a team that does all the work in-house. However, we have a network of illustrators, video producers and graphic designers to help with projects, though we have creative direction to ensure that what they do is strictly in line with client requirements that are clearly stated on the project brief.

The beauty of digital services is that they can be done anywhere in the world. Where your business is based doesn’t really matter when it comes to the work that we do.

We have a diverse clientele, and although we are based in Lagos, Nigeria, where we schedule face-to-face meetings with our local clients, we can also schedule calls and virtual meetings for our clients who are a bit further away.

When we start working together, we’ll arrange a preliminary meeting with your team to enable us fully understand what it is that you need and what we need to do.

Our client strategy team will then develop a project brief, which is a comprehensive detail of what the project will entail and the timelines you can expect to receive measurable progress on your project.

This brief also contains payment plans, as well as deliverables, and what you also need to provide to help us understand your business better.

Step 3: We provide a proposal, a project brief and deliverables.

Step 4: You decide whether you’d like to proceed.
